Thanks Kevin for the reply. Actually, though I have never heard of GBMC, and it may have even appeared here often, my point was for folks to write out the name of places where they are birding and not use acronyms or initials, so the rest of us can enjoy the posts too. It doesn't do anyone any good if I were to write out that I saw a flock of 5 Double-crested Cormorants fly over here at SDWO today (Samuel Drive Woodbine). Initials are fine for your own personal field notes, but please write out the names for the rest of us!
