Subject: [MDBirding] DC Louisiana Waterthrush
Back on territory singing this morning uphill from Rock Creek between the north edge of the National Zoo and the Klingle Rd. dead end (this is just west of where Klingle/Porter Streets cross Rock Creek). Last year waterthrushes could be found all the way from Rock Creek up to the dead end barricade.

This is an under-birded area that also consistently had Worm-eating Warbler last spring (not there yet), but they apparently did not stick around to breed, despite decent habitat (albeit little ground cover).
