Subject: [MDBirding] Calvert County 4/14 - Prothonotary Warblers
Visited Battle Creek Cypress Swamp and Flag Ponds Nature Park in Calvert
County today.

Battle Creek Cypress Swamp - Beautiful spot. Highlighted by at least two
singing Prothonotaries, along with Yellow-throated, Pine, and Yellow-rumped
Warblers, Northern Parula (lots) and Louisiana Waterthrush. My FOY
Gnatcatchers and Chipping Sparrows, too. eBird checklist, with a couple
photos, is here: http://ebird.org/ebird/view/checklist?subID=S13746589

Flag Ponds - Pretty quiet overall, couple Bufflehead offshore, Sanderling,
Lesser Yellowlegs, and FOY White-eyed Vireo were nice. eBird list with
vireo shot here: http://ebird.org/ebird/view/checklist?subID=S13746638

Good birding,
