Weather:
Cloudy becoming mostly sunny, then partly cloudy; 54-72 degrees; good visibility; winds started out light and easterly, 0-8 mph, then became southerly and stronger, 9-12 mph, gusting to 21 mph

Raptor Observations:
Once the southerly winds commenced, a small flight ensued.

Non-raptor Observations:
Some Buffleheads (23), but most of the migrant ducks have left.

Site Description:
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at
the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best
winds are from the southwest. The Park is closed to visitors on Wednesdays.
