We saw and heard at least four Prothonotary Warblers upstream from Riley's Lock about 7:30 am. Also seen in addition to the dozens of Yellow-rumped: Northern Parulas, Yellow-throated, Palm and Louisiana Waterthrush. An Eastern Kingbird gave his electric call and then posed nicely. As we approached the bridge on our return, a Northern Waterthrush was singing vigorously. Later at Violette's Lock FOY American Redstart. A great morning in spite of clouds and drizzle!
