Subject: [MDBirding] Off Topic - Wallops Island Rocket Launch
For those of you that are planning to be down on the lower eastern shore
tomorrow may have an opportunity to see something in the sky other than
migrating birds. The maiden flight of the Orbital Science's Antares rocket
that has twice this week been delayed due to weather issues has been
rescheduled to launch from the Wallops Island Mid-Atlantic Regional
Spaceport at 5 PM. Unlike a lot of the launches that come out of Wallops,
this will be larger in size (133 feet) than many of those that normally are
launched there.
