Weather:
A preponderance of dark clouds with a little drizzle at first, but also a few breaks of sun; 64-69 degrees; excellent visibility when it wasn't drizzling; winds mostly from the SSE, 6-10 mph

Raptor Observations:
Not much flying today, but a Merlin was nice

Non-raptor Observations:
What was flying was migrant blue Jays, about 1500. Common Yellowthroat, first of the season

Site Description:
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at
the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best
winds are from the southwest. The Park is closed to visitors on Wednesdays.
