The Glossy Ibis were still in the farm fields past the North Point State Park entrance at 3:45 PM where "Avenue C" extends off of North Point Road. This is a good bird for Baltimore County, especially for those of us who can't always do the Monday trips to Hart-Miller Island.

Other good birds at North Point State Park proper: 1 Prothonotary Warbler (heard and briefly seen around 6:30 PM), 4 Little Blue Herons, and 1 Green Heron at Black Marsh; 1 female Purple Finch at the North Point SP Visitor's Center above the thistle feeder. Most birds were quiet and elusive (no bitterns or rails), probably due to the weather.
