I love BOOKS & I intend to keep buying them, but I sure am happy with my
Ipod (Iphone) birding apps. iBird Pro is an excellent product. I also use
Sibley, Peterson & Audubon Birds. The different presentations & varying
bird recordings teach me new things each time I use them. I've recently
added HEADSUP Sparrows & HEADSUP Warblers, both birdJam products. WOW. This
week I added National Geographic Birds. And, because I've liked iBird Pro
so much, I added iBird UK (& Ireland). Wishing now for iBird to do southern
Europe!

Having spent hundreds of hours in the car listening to the Stokes Field
Guide to Bird Songs on CD I think I'll take the suggestions to branch out
with Larkwire! Thanks.
