Partly to mostly cloudy; 44-54 degrees: cold wind off the water, mostly from the NE or E, 8-16 mph, gusting to 26 mph

Raptor Observations:
Low numbers likely due to unfavorable easterlies; however 12 Bald Eagles of various ages, including 3 juveniles flew north, with another 2 deemed local for the time being, including another juvenile

Site Description:
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at
the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best
winds are from the southwest. The Park is closed to visitors on Wednesdays.
