Subject: [MDBirding] Wheaton Regional Park & Brookside Gardens today
Hi all,

A nice sunny morning but the cold breeze seemed to inhibit bird activity and it wasn't particularly exciting, although of course always great to be out and about! No FOS birds for us although the 3 Chimney Swifts were the first we've seen in the park this year. Our Pied-billed Grebe seem to have left us. Tree Swallows are in most of the nest boxes although a Bluebird pair has staked claim to one. There was also a pair of Northern Rough-wings flying about. No Siskins and only three warbler species. Everything seems very late this year compared to last.
