Wood Thrushes returned at some point yesterday to the woods behind our Annapolis home, and thrilled us with their flute song before dark.

They were right on schedule - we have recorded their arrival in a narrow window between April 23 and April 26 for the last six years.

Also nice to hear the Hooded Warblers today which have returned to Gov Bridge Natural Area, PG County.

Good Birding!
