The state-wide May Count this year is on May 11, and in PG Co there are many good areas awaitng birders to cover them. If you haven't done a May Count before, here's how it works - you choose a favorite birding venue within the county, count all the birds you can during whatever hours you can spare, and send - via FAX, e-mail, or US mail - the results to the county coordinator. There are no restrictions to hours, nor is there a tally afterwards. We do ask that you�contact�the county coordinator� in advance so that areas are not duplicate-counted.
