Slow rainy day on Kingman Island. There was a pair of Carolina wrens with 3
fledglings already.
Also, a pair of Peregrines were scouting out the East Capitol Street
Bridge. This is likely the same pair from the South Capitol Street Bridge.
The bridge was pretty busy already with 4 osprey nests, Canada geese,
crows, and grackles.
