Subject: [MDBirding] dead Worm-eating Warbler - downtown DC
Hi all-

Volunteers for DC Wildlife's Lights Out for Birds program found a dead
Worm-eating Warbler yesterday morning at 800 K St. NW. The reflective
glass skyway at the 800 K St. complex makes it one of the deadliest
buildings in the city for migrating birds. For a photo of the Worm-eating
- and several of the other birds found in DC so far this spring, including
a Saw-whet Owl - look here:
