The Glossy Ibis first seen by us at 8:55 am this morning stayed around feeding for over an hour as we were joined by Chris Wright. The ibis was in the company of three Blue-winged Teal, a Solitary Sandpiper and a Lesser Yellowlegs. Looks like the mud flats in the watered impoundment may be improving for shorebird habitat. On the way back to the lock, Chris got us on a FOY Ruby- throated Hummingbird.
