Subject: [MDBirding] Common Nighthawk, Long-tailed Duck in Pasadena
Hi Everyone,

Yesterday evening (5/2) a single COMMON NIGHTHAWK was heard from my yard in Pasadena, near Fort Smallwood.

As of at least 4/24, an adult LONG-TAILED DUCK was lingering off my neighbor's yard. On that date, it even rested on her lawn among domestic Mallards. He was quite sharp looking with black feathers molting in on his breast.

The Chino Farms BioBlitz on 4/27 was a big success. Check out updates on Maryland Biodiversity Project and our Facebook page:

Have a good weekend!
