Thanks to everyone who responded. I drove up to Hemlock Gorge along the Gunpowder Loop Trail and was pleasantly surprised to find 1 Kentucky Warbler (FOY), 2 Worm-eating Warblers, 1 Ovenbird, and 2 Black-and-white Warblers right along the parking pulloff. Further in the woods were more of the latter 3 as well as a female Black-throated Blue Warbler who was part of a nice mixed flock. On the way out, I heard a very resonant chip note which I'm 75% sure was a Hooded Warbler, but 25% thinks it could have been a waterthrush. I swung by Prettyboy Dam itself and there were Cliff Swallows swarming everywhere.

Unrelated, except for the warbler part: I also had 6+ Prothonotaries and 3+ Hooded at Governor Bridge last night. Still can't find a Scarlet Tanager or Indigo Bunting anywhere.
