Raptor Observations:
Good clouds, bad winds, but a bigger flight than the previous several days.

Non-raptor Observations:
Flyover Least Sandpiper; Common Tern, first of season, close to 800 migrant Blue Jays; 2 Ruby-throated Hummingbirds; Black-throated Blue Warbler

Site Description:
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at
the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best
winds are from the southwest. The Park is closed to visitors on Wednesdays.
