Ive been out and about most days and some notable arrivals are.....

The Howard Conservancy has Grasshopper and Savannah Sparrows in the upper corner field (99 and woodstock rd). There are a couple Blue Grosbeaks that have been reliable there and Warbling Vireo by the streams. Prairie Warblers in nice numbers in the cedar groves and I spotted Field Sparrows carrying food.

Henrtyton area of Patapsco has nice numbers now of Showy Orchis and I found a number of Morels. Yellow-throated Vireos and Wood Thrushes singing non-stop.

Daniels area had numerous Worm-eating Warblers on territory. Stream Cruisers and Springtime Darners had emerged along the river.

My yard has been increasingly active with Wood Thrush, Eastern Kingbird, Northern Orioles and my little Hummingbird.

There has been a distinct lack of migrants in my opinion....and I have been looking for birds believe it or not
