1. Minutes of our 2013 Annual Meeting and our Annual Business Report. This is a lengthy report. The top three key items deal with (1) changes to the MD and DC review lists (see below); (2) changes to the Maryland pelagic boundaries; and (3) elections of new members. The report can be found here ...

2. Minutes of the MD/DCRC 2012 Skins Workshop at the Smithsonian. This document present the findings of specimens that the committee studied at last year's (2012) workshop. Species accounts, including photos, are:

3. Updates to the MD and DC Review Lists. White Ibis and American Avocet were removed from the DC Review List. White-faced Ibis was moved from MD Review Category 2 (reviewable statewide) to Review Category 4C (reviewable only west of the Coastal Plain). The current review lists can be found here ...
