Thought there might be a bit of activity this morning, esp. when a Hermit Thrush popped up on the fence at home! The Melvin Trail did not disappoint, with several FOY - Scarlet Tanager, Indigo Bunting, Black-throated Blue Warbler.
Mourning Dove Chimney Swift Red-bellied Woodpecker 1 Downy Woodpecker 1 Northern Flicker 1 Red-eyed Vireo 2 White-breasted Nuthatch (heard) Carolina Wren 2 Veery 1 Wood Thrush 4 American Robin Gray Catbird 8 European Starling Ovenbird 1 Northern Waterthrush 1 Common Yellowthroat 3 Black-throated Blue Warbler 1 Yellow-rumped Warbler 3 Song Sparrow Swamp Sparrow 1 White-throated Sparrow 3 Scarlet Tanager 1 (female) Northern Cardinal 2 Indigo Bunting 1 (male)
And then when I got home, Yellowthroat (male) in the garden.
