Weather:
Cloudy and foggy at the start becoming partly to mostly cloudy with some dark threatening clouds, and rain at the end; 55-73 degrees; visibility poor to fair; winds generally westerly, 3-9 mph
Raptor Observations:
Two Mississippi Kites, one unaged at 1:42 and the second an adult at 2:47 daylight time. There may have been a third but it was too distant to positively identify. Also notable were the 11 Bald Eagles and a Peregrine Falcon.
Non-raptor Observations:
Over 1200 Blue Jays; Glossy Ibis; Cattle Egret; Yellow, Black-and-White, Black-throated Blue, Yellow-rumped, and Prairie Warblers, Common Yellowthroat, American Redstart

Site Description:
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at
the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best
winds are from the southwest. The Park is closed to visitors on Wednesdays.
