Subject: [MDBirding] New yard birds!
Lisa and I came home around 11am, after running in the Baltimore Color Run 5K, to find our woods alive with birdsong after the morning rains. We got great looks at two species we have never noted in our yard before - Cape May and Chestnut-Sided Warblers. Wood Thrush, Scarlet Tanager, and Eastern Phoebe were also calling.

Incredibly, we still had at least two Pine Siskin around as of this morning. They seem to have displaced our usual American Goldfinch flock.

Good Birding!
