I was at Kenilworth this morning as well; nothing really new from previous days, except for an EASTERN MEADOWLARK back in the eastern peninsula of grassland and then foraging out in the short grass. I hadn't seen/heard one of these at Kenilworth for a few weeks, but possibly another species attempting to breed here?

Otherwise, much quieter out there, especially after the winds picked up. Had 2 low flyover BANK SWALLOWS, 12 BOBOLINKS, a late AMERICAN PIPIT flyover calling, and a BLACKBURNIAN WARBLER at KAG. NO Least Bittern detected - although at two points I heard what sounded like a low KUK-KUK sound coming from a distant part of the marsh; both times I wasn't really paying attention for it, so it could have been wishful thinking (probably) OR an outside chance that the bittern is still in the marsh.
