Hi all. The upper Western Shore Tributary Team is having their annual Wade In event at the Anita C. Leight Estuary Center on June 1st between 1 and 4. I have committed to doing a few small Watershed Walks for them during the event time. Basically identifying many birds, trees, and any other wildlife seen on the trails at the Center. The bottom line is, a good friend of mine is getting married on the same date and time and I wrote it in my calendar for the wrong weekend and I would love to be able to go to his wedding. Is there someone in Harford County or Cecil or anywhere that can come help me out and take my place? I'm in tough spot and would hate to miss the wedding or pull out of the commitment of doing this for the Estuary Center.
The people who show up for this event are usually families and it is an great way to introduce what we see all the time to them. It is very enjoyable and the pace can be set at what ever your comfortable with.
