Hello,
Obviously the birds frequenting this puddle must change over. I visited there yesterday evening about 4:30. There were 35 Least Sands and 1 Greater Yellowlegs. There were 8 Semipalm Plovers a little further north in a puddle on the east side of MD 313.
I then wandered around to check some other puddle locations:
-Kibler Rd mile south of MD 314 held 45 Leasts, 15 Semi Plover, Greater Yellows and 1 Semi Sand
-Gregg Rd - hidden by wheat
-Ellwanger Rd btwn Gregg and Knife Box had 1 Least and 4 Semi Plover
-Garland Rd south of Baker Rd near Denton - barely any puddle, no birds. South of Denton did not receive the heavy rain, so no puddles to be found in southern Caroline.

Good birding,
