There was a CERULEAN WARBLER by the picnic tables just up the hill from the rapids in McKeldin Recreational Area in Carrol Co. today around 3:30pm.
Also, my girlfriends backyard in Arbutus, held a WILSON"S WARBLER in the morning and surprisingly a LINCOLN'S SPARROW in the late afternoon.
