Perryville Town Park offers great views of the head of the Chesapeake Bay and the entrance drive goes through a wooded area good for migrants. However, both Elk Neck State Forest and Elk Neck State Park would likely offer a greater variety of migrants. Of the two, the State Forest is closer to Perryville and offers the benefit of being able to bird from the car or roadside (therefore quicker access). At the Park you would have to walk. It's not a long walk but if you're pressed for time the Forest would be quicker.
