Subject: [MDBirding] Cerulean in Worcester Co.
Yesterday I found a Cerulean (maybe two) singing close to me; clear, full songs (3-parted songs, not any other bird), and often on Beach Island Road btw hotspots Sturges and Bear Swamp Rd. It's right on the border btw Worcester and Wicomico--if I hadn't messed up using my GPS I'd know for sure. It was on east side of the road, not far from road. And I noticed a very primitive overgrown trail there on east side of road, with a small gate and rope (of metal, I think) in front of the trail, marked with flags (who knows why). Certainly an unusual bird to find here.
