Cloudy at the start becoming mostly cloudy; 73-86 degrees; visibility poor to fair with fog/haze; winds starting out southwesterly, becoming variable, and ending from the SSE, 5-8 mph

Raptor Observations:
One more Mississippi Kite today at 2:59 daylight time, unaged; Broad-wings, Turkey Vultures, and Bald Eagles most notable.

Site Description:
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at
the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best
winds are from the southwest. The Park is closed to visitors on Wednesdays.
