Hi Joel,

I know at least a few county listers have already switched records over,
but I think a total transition has yet to occur. I haven't corrected my own
records yet, but I do plan on observing the legal boundary on my next
visit, listing birds in the swamp as Garrett and birds east of the swamp as
Allegany (roughly). For reference, here's the map that Ed Boyd obtained
from a Garrett County GIS specialist:
