After ticking the Yellow-Crowned Night Heron at Piney Orchard - where we ran into Jared Fisher, who kindly put us on the bird - Lisa and I spent the rest of the day birding Calvert County.

The highlight was American Chestnut Land Trust trails, which were incredibly birdy, and offered up 10 warblers species. The most surprising was a late Cerulean calling from the treetops near us.� eBird list below...
