Subject: [MDBirding] White-throated Sparrow | MBP posts without Facebook?
Hi Everyone,

This afternoon a fine-looking WHITE-THROATED SPARROW stopped in at my yard in Pasadena, my latest by three days.

Jim Brighton and I have regularly posted about Maryland Biodiversity Project (MBP) here, sometimes noting that we post daily general nature topics on the MBP Facebook page. Of course plenty of people do not use Facebook, which makes that medium less than ideal for them. I'm happy to announce that you can now view our posts without going to Facebook. The images are smaller and you miss any interesting comments, but it's way better than nothing! From MBP, you can go to Links > Facebook Stream. Or just bookmark this direct link:
http://www.marylandbiodiversity.com/facebook.php.

For Facebook users, to ensure you receive daily MD natural history posts, click "Like" and then hover over the "Liked" button and select "Get Notifications".

Thanks to Jared Fisher for helping me automate the feed. Jared, I have a fix for the relative link issue that should work for you.

Good birding!

Bill
