MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit The other morning I was watching my deck birdbath (which gets alot of activity) and saw a chickadee displaced by a titmouse in a most awkward fashion. The timouse flew and landed in the precise spot where the chickadee was sitting, causing the chickadee to fly forward (he was quite startled!) and skim the water. He landed on the deck rail and shook himself off as if to say "what the heck happened??" Now was that titmouse playing a practical joke on the chickadee or was he being a bully? there wasn't another soul at the water at that time and the titmouse could have landed anywhere but intentionally "goosed" that poor chickadee.
