But since there are currently 2 great birds there, our director Chris Swarth has given the ok for birders to come any day but Sunday for the next couple weeks or until the 2 birds are gone. You MUST stop at the visitor center upon arrival, and calling ahead (410-741-9330) is requested, as that is the only way to be certain teh gate will be open and there will be someone to greet you. The fee is $2.50 for adults, $2.00 for seniors and $1.50 for kids. Membership in Friends of Jug Bay is $12 for individuals, $20 for a family for one year. Membership includes waiver of entry fee, subscription to the quarterly newsletter, and free entry to all activities except the canoe trips.
