As usual, nice close views of the ducks in the wooded coves of the lake. Pied-billed Grebe - 10 Tundra Swan - 25 Canada Goose - numerous Black Duck - 35 Mallard - 35 American Wigeon - 50 Canvasback - 10 (southerly part of lake-seen from gravel pull-in) Redhead - 8 (near apartment buildings - seen from paved hiker/biker path which I access from Spinning Wheel Dr/Rd/La) Ring-necked Duck - numerous Common Goldeneye - 8 (southerly part of lake-seen from gravel pull-in) Bufflehead - numerous Gadwall - 20 Hooded Merganser - 25 (most seen from hiker/biker path) Ruddy Duck - numerous Coot - numerous Adult Bald Eagle - 1 (sitting in trees in Ten Mile Creek Road cove - also saw one on another day sitting in trees opposite gravel pull-in - obviously they like to view ducks also) Red-tailed Hawk - 1 Happy birding, Dan Eberly ================================================================= To unsubscribe send a message to listserv@home.ease.lsoft.com with the following message in line 1: signoff mdosprey ================================================================= =========================================================================
