Harris's Sparrow MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit The Harris's Sparrow was still at the same spot in the E.A. Vaughn Wildlife Management Area today (Sunday, Jan. 16) at about 11AM. It was feeding in the corn stubble with White-throats and Savannahs at the southeast side of the west hedgerow. There was little at the Ocean City inlet besides Red-breasted Mergansers and Surf Scoters. The Harlequins were not to be found, nor were they reported yesterday according to a local birder. Both Loons were present along with a very high tide and high winds. A check of West Ocean City Pond and Ocean Pines failed to turn up the Eurasian Wigeon. Harris's Sparrow is number 325 for Worcester Co. Mark, what does that make me? Maybe I don't want to know.
