I forgot the second question.  Focus On Nature Tours, Inc. will be
running
trips out of Lewes, DE, which usually go into MD waters, on June 4 and 11
and
on Sept. 3 for $95.  You can get further information by calling
1-800-362-0869 or e-mail at FONT@focusonnature.com.  They have other
trips
out of Brielle, NJ on Aug. 26 and Dec. 9 and from Cape May on May 28 and
Sept. 3 as well as from Manteo, NC on June 3 and 4 and July 29, 30 and 31
and
Aug. 5, 6 and 7.  Costs are: Brielle $80, Cape May $96 and Manteo $99.
