It appeared in = the December 1998 issue, Volumn XXX, Number 6. If you do not get = Birding Magazine you can often miss articles like the Black-tailed Gull = ID which will prove helpful sometime in your birding carreer. Contact = the American Birding Association. I think the website is = www.AmericanBirding.org. There could be an article on Yellow-legged = Gull in an earlier issue. I did not go back that far.
