For the DC list.  On January 18 (I think) I observed a near death
experience.  I observed an adult Peregrin Falcon hunting a pigeon at the
east side of the Frederick Douglas bridge while I was waiting at the
light
to cross the bridge.  The bridge and light are in DC.
