I'll be birding with a California birder this coming Friday, Jan. 28,
who
hopes to see the Kelp Gull.  Is the gull still frequenting Sandgates? 
My
concern is that the Patuxent may have frozen over causing the gull to move
to
"wetter" pastures.  Thanks in advance.
