FEB 1 (Tue) 7:30 pm TUESDAY EVENING AT CYLBURN Paul O'Brien will speak
about the function and
procedures of the MD/DC Records Committee. He will also show slides of
some of the most spectacular records and show how a rarity should be
written up.

The meeting, which is open to all, will begin with refreshments at 7:30,
and the talk will begin at 7:45.

The Mansion is located off Greenspring Avenue one block south of
Northern
Parkway (accessible from the I-83 Northern Parkway exit south of the
Beltway) in Baltimore.
