Dave Czaplak, Rob Hilton, and Lisa Shannon are reporting that the Tufted Duck
has moved to the Potomac River opposite the Washington Sailing Marina where
it was seen earlier today.  At 3:30pm, Sat, it was seen from the marina,
looking downriver toward the radar dish.  It remains with a flock of Scaup.
