It is located on a small island in a lake in the Montgomery Village development. I haven't been by there to check for activity in the last month, but I've seen nests there for the past 6 years. To get to it, take Montgomery Village Avenue East from I-270 for about 1 mile (my guess). After you pass the traffic light at MidCounty Highway, take the first right onto Lakeshore Drive; make an IMMEDIATE left onto Islandside drive and then an IMMEDIATE left into a parking area next to the lake. Walk to the lake edge and the island is a short distance off the shore to the right. Again, I don't know if there is any current activity there, but this is a GREAT place to easily observe nesting activity!!
