In the early '80s I worked in a large suburban office campus where a floc= k of crows hung out in the parking lot. One of the crows had white primarie= s (both sides) that were only apparent when it flew. When that crow was nearby, word would quickly spread along the birders in the building, and = we lowly cubicle dwellers would rush into the nearest windowed office, elbow= ing aside the resident executive, so we could glimpse this amazing-looking bi= rd.
