Good Grief! Well, there were 6 or more Lapland longspurs along Oland road this morning. You can't miss them, they were at the manured portion of the field. There were also several hundred Horned larks. Couldn't find a Snow bunting anywhere. It was very quiet elsewhere in the county except for a light phase Rough-legged hawk that I observed on Tuesday Feb. 1, 2000 on a light post along the ramp from 340 to route 70 east. Almost wrecked the truck :) Wilbur ----- Sent using MailStart.com ( http://MailStart.Com/welcome.html ) The FREE way to access your mailbox via any web browser, anywhere! ========================================================================= To leave the MDOsprey list, send e-mail to listserv@home.ease.lsoft.com with the following message in line 1: signoff mdosprey ========================================================================= ===========================================================================
