If I was forced to guess, I'd say 1st winter Iceland. But I really wouldn't go much beyond white-winged. It had a bit of smudginess near tips of primaries, not black, and no windows. I have no idea of size, since it was in the air with no others around. Bill appeared all dark. Little smudginess on tail, too.
