Got there in the afternoon, and the Scaup, though numerous, were pretty spread out. I did have 2 Redheads, ~25 Canvasbacks, ~6 Greater Scaup, 3 Common Mergs, ~6 Red-breasted Mergs. Where are Hains Point and Fort McNair? I just drove up and down the Mt Vernon Pkwy and got out at every spot I could see the river. But I couldn't locate these 2 spots on my DeLorma map. Am I just missing them? Or do they have aliases?
