I needed it for a closeout. After much searching, I did not find the Bufflehead BUT did find a Greater White-fronted Goose. The individual was with a flock of about 2000 Canada Geese along Choptank Rd., Caroline County (DeLorme p. 42, B3). The flock was on the left side of the road as you head away from Preston (south) in a field with a pond. These flocks tend to move around so be alert that there is a GWFG in the area. Check all flocks of Canada Geese. This is my third GWFG this week. Must be an invasion year.
